Individual Therapy Services
Our individual therapy services provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space to explore life’s challenges without judgment. Our clinicians utilize diverse therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care—to help clients develop effective coping strategies and achieve personal growth.
What to expect:Your therapist will work with you to identify specific objectives, whether you are managing a long-term mood disorder, navigating a difficult life transition, or seeking tools for stress management and healthy boundaries.
